TMI BUT I NEED TO ASK !?

so last night i literally woke up out of no where with such bad stomach pains, not period cramps but more like stomach cramps like in the middle of my stomach ! ended up throwing up and had really bad diarrhea !!! this literally came out of no where ! now today my stomach feels achy and sore and im still having super runny stools ! like water... sorry its so gross but this is whats happening to me right now ! all this kindaaaa worries me ! idk if it can be pregnancy related or maybe something i ate ! but i havent ate anything out of the norm, so who knows ! has anyone else experienced this ?!? any advice will be appreciated !!!
