Advice please ASAP

I recently found out I have a red lump on the outside of my vagina... I search it up and I found out what it was.... (search it up if you like too.. I’m ashamed to even write it down) im so sad..... mad.... ASHAMED!!!!!! I wish I could speak to my mom about this but I’m afraid.... I’m scared she’ll kick me out... she’s always had this character that no mater what my sister and I do wether it’s bas or good she’ll react by screaming at us.... please help... I’m going to a clinic... I need advice... I can’t stop crying I can’t... I feel heartbroken.... I’m very embarrassed right now...
