restrictions

so I have antibody c witch the doc thinks I got from my mom but I went to a specialist about 2 weeks ago and they said that 1. I'm having a little boy!! witch is very exciting and 2. he is sitting really low where they have put me on a no sex or anything else going up their bc he is sitting so low they r scared of the sac being punctured but my question is has anyone else had this issue and I go back the 15th but any ideas on how to get my son to move up bc it kinda scares me him sitting so low I'm worried that I'm gonna end up on bed rest if he doesn't move up and I am trying to work until he's born or like a week b4 he's due
