Mucus Plug? 19 Weeks

I have been cramping all day. I went to the bathroom last night and had the top picture. Now this morning I have gone to the bathroom twice and  each time I have wiped stuff like this off. Is it my mucus plug or what?

You are building your mucus plug. 👍💪🏾When you are losing your mucus plug it's VERY bloody, and a lot. Alarmingly a lot. You'll say omg no one told me that there was THAT much to it. If it's not enough to fill up your palm, you're not losing your mucus plug 😊
