Missed miscarriage. How long before you passed baby?

It's been 4 weeks since baby stopped growing. 2 weeks of light brown discharge but no sign of my body letting go of my baby. How long before you passed baby? Or did you get a d&c;? Which would you recommend?

I’m going thru a mmc at the moment. On the 12 I started with brown, old blood discharge. On the 13 (yesterday) the cramps and bleeding started. I been passing clot after clot and the pain is excruciating I feel like my body is going to go into shock or into a comma. From a scale of 1 - 10 it’s an 11. My first sono was scheduled for the 13 so I’m not sure exactly when the baby died. But I lost all my symptoms at week 8 and I’m supposed to be almost 12 weeks. If I had the option I would have done a d&c; because the pain is extreme. Hope this helps.

I’m confused also, I’m 4weeks 3days pregnant blood test done on Friday and my hcg was 60 another test done on Monday the doctor told me my levels dropped to 30 that It might be miscarriage, but I still feel pregnant and haven’t seen my period come out. Any hopes?

Baby stopped growing at 7 weeks. Just about a hour ago my baby passed. I'm 10 weeks. Or, was 10 weeks.

It was about 3 or 4 weeks before my body reacted and passed everything. My Dr checked to make sure I didn't need a D&C.; I wouldn't wait too much longer. If it doesn't pass soon I'd go get checked out

It was 4 weeks on the dot for my first. And 1.5 weeks for my second.
