I have been soo nauses. Im only 5 wks and 6 days but omg. And I cant sleep. my first OB isnt until the 28th. Any advice?

Mate sure u do what U can to stay hydrated... if u feel like ur dehydrated go to the Er m, it can make u miscarry... but lemonade, peppermint anything really helped me... try to get some of the pedialite popsicles and eat those to get some electrolytes in u... or Gatorade if ur tummy can handle it.

Ginger ale helps me a lot. Also small snacks, call and ask about a medication the doctor can prescribe. With my last I took diclegous (spelling?)
