Did you find out the gender of your baby BEFORE your gender reveal party or AT your gender reveal party?

I really want to know the gender of the baby before we have the party because I want to celebrate with my husband first in our own. He says he wants to wait until the party and find out with everyone else. He doesn’t see a point in even having a party if we already know. Your opinions, please :)

I went to a gender reveal party where the parents already knew and it sucked. there wasn't really any excitement because there was no reaction from the parents.

My friend had her gender reveal at her wedding, but already knew and had told half of the people attending so it was like “okay, yay.” If you’re doing a reveal, I think you should find out with everyone else. Or have one person other than yourself know so they can plan it for you.

I already know the gender of my baby but I plan on doing a reveal because his daddy doesn’t know yet. I’m honestly excited to see how he and our families react. ☺️
