nope lol. 39 weeks 2 days and sex hasn’t helped.

the sperm causes your uterus to contract and can help you efface and dialate well it did with me soon as I got my sex drive back around 35 weeks and we started doing stuff I started to dialate and was almost completely effaced by the time I was 36 weeks had him at 37 via c section but idk if it was the sex or just happened but either way it's fun to try lol

yep. sex will help you go into labor as the man's sperm helps thin you out. :) and when you reach climax you have e a contraction.
