4 Month SA. Is it bad?

Just got our result, 9.6 million and 12% mobility. Any advice? Our doctor didn’t talk us through the results so we are not sure if this is good or bad or what we need to do. I’m guessing it’s not great...

They will continue to increase. He can also take Motility Boost to increase his sperm as well. My husband has his VR on March 29th so he started taking it last month.

Both are considered low but you’re only 4 months out! Counts should continue to increase! You have higher counts than we do 1 year post vr! What was your morphology? Is your partner on any supplements? This means that technically your surgery was a success because you have return of live sperm but technically not high enough yet to achieve a bfp (that’s what they say but I’ve seen it done on here...it only takes 1 after all). With our situation being what it is, I would say your analysis is good news at 4 months! Following to see what others would say. Best wishes!🙌🏻😉
