Question

My parents have went away for a couple of days and my best friends mam is bestfriends with my mam so I am staying at their house and I am on my period( not heavy) . I put on a new pad last night and its been almost 24 hours since I changed it because I didn't get the chance to and now it's quite itchy down there . Could I just have sensitive skin or do you think it's an infection . Also every time I'm in my period I get a rash kind of thing.
