Antibiotics impacting your milk supply.

I think I have an inner ear infection. I keep getting super dizzy all the time and it gets worse when I lay down. I've felt a little nauseous as well. My ear will pulse and hurt a bit but not bad. I'm not pregnant. I haven't gone to go the doctor yet but I'm scared to because if heard a lot of lady's say they started antibiotics and their supply diminished . 😣😭 My 8 month old is exclusively breast fed, with his baby food in the morning and evening. He doesn't like to take my milk out of a bottle really either. Has anyone had an experience with this? Any antibiotics I should stay away from if possible?
