Weird boob questions

I’m 14 weeks pregnant, third pregnancy. Anytime my husband and I have sex, and he plays with my nipples my breasts are KILLING me the next day. They honestly feel like they’re filling up. Is it possible the stimulation is stimulating my breasts to (not produce milk exactly bc I know that doesn’t happen until after birth really) but signaling my breasts to get ready to make breastmilk? I don’t know what I’m trying to say really but has this happened to Anyone before
