I found out the guy I have been seeing for 4 years has a wife in a different state

I’m 24, he’s 30. We have been casually dating for 4 years. He has told me he’s loved me, in love with me, called me “future *insert his last name*), we’ve slept together, etc. I have been in love with him all of this time. It was never official because we’d see each other then he would go off the grid for a few months, this happened multiple times. No explanation, I didn’t give it a second thought because I was blinded by love. He also said, he loves me but he’s just scared. So I was patient. Then after saying he was scared he would tell me how he wants me to be his forever.

He lost his job, said he was moving to TX to see if there’s anything out there. He’s been texting me since he’s been there. I got a text from him saying, “baby, I woke up wanting you so bad” along with a video of him playing with his dick. I sexted back. The next day I noticed how he was no longer on my friends list on fb, and I’m removed off IG. His BIO then said, my wife, my love, *inserts her name* and on his fb she’s all over it. She lives in TX.

I confronted him about reading what I read on his Instagram bio, he said he wasn’t married or in a relationship. “I put that up there when I’m redoing my page” what sense does that make? Also, she’s a real person so that’s how I know it’s a lie because I went to her profile and she has a selfie with the same blankets he sent me the sext video in! I confronted him and never got a response to any of that. He’s texted me since ignoring confrontation. It’s crazy that my mother always sensed that he’s married.

I’m having a hard time accepting that I’m being lied to, and part of me still wants to believe him. I feel bad for his wife as well. I do not plan to have any kind of relationship with him further.
