Breastfeeding Journey 💜

My breastfeeding journey hasn’t been easy by any means. From day one my little one has struggled to latch on due to being tongue tied. She was also born 3 weeks early and because of growth restriction she was super tiny and her mouth was weak. I pumped every 3 hours around the clock to give her the best milk possible! Now at almost 3 months old and with the help of feeding therapy and a nipple shield she is breastfeeding wonderfully! She still struggles a little because of the tongue tie but with lots of patience our breastfeeding journey together will continue until she’s at least a year old 💜 don’t ever give up if breastfeeding is your goal! Keep working at it and you’ll get the hang of it in no time!
