Could it be PCOS?

LONG post sorry in advance.

I am only 1 week from completing my "ovulation week" and I noticed blood when wiping after using the restroom. I don't think it's implantation bleeding because I feel the way I normally would before starting my period. I went to tell my husband that I wanted Ice Cream since I now wasn't going to get what have been really wanting (lol) and he was shocked that it was so soon.

At first I brushed it off because the last two or three months ot has been early so I just kind of brushed it off. However as I went to go check my Glow calander I noticed this would be even earlier then my recent months. So I google search to see if it is "normal" for periods to be that early and as I am reading an article a section. about PCOS come up and now I am currious.  In an effort to conceive I took out my birth control in early August. I have had periods every month since then but now looking back they have been a bit irregular (at first I just took it as my body just adjusting) and over the last month I have had HORRIBLE acne. I have not noticed any other common symptoms though.

Now for a little medical history.

At 18 after so many hospital visits/stays I had a few doctors that thought I may have endometriosis and was advised to switch my birth control to the depo. At 20 after years of fighting I was FINALLY diagnosed and had to have laparoscopic surgery because the pain was so debilitating. The surgeon said it was one of the more intense and weird cases he had seen (I had growth in places that are not usually  affected). He removed as much of it as he could but there were places he could not remove. After surgery it was recommended I take a shot to try and get rid of what remained but with insurance the shoot was $500 (I would have had to take it for 6 months). This was not an option my family and I could afford so I just continued using the depo. In 2012 my husband and I wanted to start trying to conceive not even knowing if there was a possibility that I could get pregnant so I went off the shoot in June and conceived a little girl around Nov. After her birth in August my doctor and I decided to use Mirena because I had such horrible weight gain with the depo and the fact that it's not good for long periods of time. In 2015 my husband and I decided we wanted another child so again I took the birth control out and again I concived about November. Shortly after our second daughters arrival I again chose the Mirena.  I don't remember when it was but at some point I went to my doctor because I thought my Mirena may have gotten out of place and they sent me for an ultrasound and found cyst(s). We decided to add to our brood again so I took my Mirena out Early August but haven't gotten that positive yet.

SOOO long story short I was just curious if it was just a bunch of coincidences or if I may have PCOS.
