Anyone else gaining weight no matter what they do?
I workout 3-5 times a week and I eat healthy and I'm definitely not eating above the recommended calorie intake and I've still gained 22 pounds by 28 weeks!
I'm really discouraged and upset because it seems inevitable that I gain 35 pounds (maybe more!) 😭
I was always a fit person and never had to worry about my weight so being completely out of control is really difficult for me. I'm 5'3" and now I weigh 154 in my 6th month of pregnancy and I feel like that is so high
Anyone else having this problem? I keep telling myself my baby being healthy is the most important thing, but when I step on a scale I can't help but be so disappointed.
If anyone has advice on how to deal with this that would be so appreciated.
