Period flow and duration

So my cycle blows. It's the lamest wackiest ever. So I have this bytch for 7 days. Days 1-3 it's heavy I'm crampy. Day 4-5 Nothing bone dry. Then day 6-7 spotting red until it tapers off brown.

I feel ripped off with those days 4-5 of nothing 😡😡 why can't I just have a 5 day cycle and eliminate days 6&7? It's been like this for 8 years after my last birth. Before that I just bled the whole 7 medium flow to light.

Is anyone else's like this?
