Just curious

I'm not actively trying to conceive but if it happened we'd be thrilled we've been together 4 years. Anyways I've had light cramps for 2 weeks and I spotted today just one it was creamy cm with tinge of pink/brown my boobs really hurt yesterday but nothing today. I had egcm on the 25th which I believe is when I ovulated. So could I be pregnant? I don't know how that works
