What is up with my Chance of pregnancy percentage

Like it says chance of pregnancy is higher during ovulation then even if I have sex on my fertile day or the whole time I'm ovulating the day I'm out of my window it drops to 3.0% shouldn't it be higher if I have sex on my peak at least

The 3% is just the chance you have to get pregnant on that day. It isn't a cumulative percent based your whole cycle
