Help!!Baby / pregnancy journals ??

Hey guys,
I have my 12 week scan next Wednesday and (all being well) I would like to buy some sort of pregnancy journal to start recording things. Does anyone know where I get a nice one? I know there are a lot online but I will be in Leeds and would like to get one from a high street shop while with my partner, after the scan. Any ideas?

maybe a w.h.smiths or Clinton's cards or hallmark? they might not have journals but they do fancy note books in the ones near me.
