28w and severe pain

So I'm 28 weeks and last night I was in so much pain it woke up up from a dead sleep and I couldn't move the slightest bit. It finally quit and this morning I wake up and I'm bleeding, bright red blood and enough to cover the toilet paper when I wipe. It looked like the start of a medium flow period. I'm a little worried. Has anyone else had this happen? I've been laying still for 3 hours and haven't felt lil man move. Idk what I should do??? Advice please
