Stressed & binge eating...
I am struggling. I recently just finished my second round of Whole 30 and just have completely failed at the mindfulness portion. I am making healthier choices but too many unfortunate circumstances has just left me feeling numb. I found myself over eating healthy food until I am uncomfortable or in pain. I can’t figure out how to get over this bump. I have done the research and have connected my eating habits to my untreated depression. Yet despite this logic, I still continue the behaviors.
I will add that time management is issue when it comes to therapy. Does anyone have any experience with therapists online, like Talkspace?
Any advice or tips?
