I can’t decide if this guy likes me or not

So far he has:

Flicked my hair twice

Asked me to be his valentine since we were already spending the day together at work

He stands abnormally close to me so where are arms touch

Called me buttercup

He says my name a lot

Told me that when I turn 21 we need to go to the bar together

Is incredibly nice to me

Has told me that he’d invite me to hang out but he was going to the bar tonight but I’m not old enough to go with him

Messages me first multiple times

Asks me how my day has been

Told me I looked cute

Seems to be genuinely interested in what I have to say

Said we ‘argue like an old married couple’

Joked and dared me to go and introduce myself to his mom as ‘His girlfriend’

Asked me if I was going to hang out with him and his roommate as they drank at the bar at our work

Said he’d buy me alcohol if I wanted him to

Said if I was ever going to smoke weed or eat edibles to come to him first and he’d help me out

Hugged me before he left even though he’s said he hates hugs

Opened up to me about his past and how he used to be suicidal and of all the ways he’s tried to kill himself

We do work together at my dads restaurant which kinda puts a damper on things but we talk to each other about super personal things and we bitch to each other all the time and I’ve grown to really like him. I’m 20, he’s almost 23, and we get along so well, but I don’t know if he has a crush on me or if it’s just more of a friendly thing.
