my friends period is all messed up.. I just wanna see what you all think.

so, from what she's told me, she hasn't had her period in about a year and a half. she got it once in the time period, but it was dark red and dry, and lasted like a day. also, she's very overweight, so that could be a factor. when she had sex with her now ex boyfriend recently, she bled alot right after having sex with him for like 4-5 days, and then it stopped, and that was almost 2 months ago. she also tells me that she is extremely bloated, and her stomach is as hard as a rock when I push on it. PS, I've told her to visit a doctor, but she hasn't yet, so now I just wanna see what y'all think. could she be pregnant at all? I doubt it, honestly.
