Heat rash or baby skin? Please help

My daughter has had these small red patches/tiny little bumps since yesterday. Please help me if you know what this may be! Poor baby girl has thrush and congestion alongside this rash of some sort

Looks like acne try to just use soap and water and nothing else on the face. Dove soap worked well for us.

It looks like baby acne. My baby didn’t get it but I have 3 other kids that got those same rashes as newborns. I tried everything and finally just cleaning their face with a warm wet towel helped clear it up.
