First SA result abnormal..anyone have the same?

So we got my husband's SA results today. His count was normal and volume and all that normal but his motility was slightly low (37%) and his morphology was 1% (my doc said normal is 4% or greater) has anyone had similar results? I'm on a round of letrozole now and my doctor told us we can continue trying for the next 3 months and if we get pregnant there's nothing to worry about but if not they will repeat the SA in 3 months. Has anyone had similar results and gotten pregnant or done something that improved their results? I'm just feeling a little down because I have PCOS and dont ovulate without taking letrozole so I was really hoping nothing would be abnormal on his end to make this a little easier. Hoping someone can relate to my situation!
