Why am I so afraid?

Everyone around me seems to be so excited about our son, and don’t get me wrong, I’m excited too. But behind every ounce of excitement I have is even more anxiety and fear. The closer I get to my due date, the more scared I get. I sometimes feel crippled by my fears and have total come aparts that nobody seems to understand. I feel like I need help but no one is really listening.

I feel a bit scared well more overwhelmed of the changes to come I’m 32 weeks & my bodies finally reaching its limits. But I just think of the end result being able to hold my little boy which makes it all worth while. Try focusing on the positive the babies already getting squished inside us I’m sure they’d appreciate the ease on the stress 💝

I worried so much the entire time I was pregnant. Barely ate and was always and emotional crying anxious mess. I think it was the fear of the unknown.. I like being in control of things. 
I feel so silly now that the baby is here. Please understand all of these feelings you’re having is for a reason. I was so scared I consumed myself in baby research. I was ready for him, you’ll be ready for yours.
