Grandma is Jealous of My Bf

ok so me and my grandma are very close we talk about every day. So I'm three months and a half with my boyfriend and everything's great. Thing is we don't see each other often so we're constantly on the phone and stuff. My grandma has noticed this and she sometimes gets upset that I pay more attention to him then to her. I try to make time but sometimes I also get caught up with school and stuff and I don't have time to chat or I nap bc of how tired I am. Should I worry that she's acting this way? I'm not too sure what to do and how I should take this? please help?
