TMI tissue help

So I had a very large, what looked like tissue slide out of my vag. After I was pooping. Husband keeps saying are you sure that’s where it came from.. yes - it felt like a period “blood clot” coming out only it was a fleshy color. Also felt like a crampy feeling I thought it could have been my plug - I am 36+4. But when I googled it I cannot find anything close to what it looked like. Kinda freaking out. It literally looks like what I pictured my cervix to look like. Flat - rounded full moon shaped. The size of a half $. Anyone else or any thoughts.?
