I really need your help girls

Today i am day 15 after menstruation and yesterday in the evening i started to bleed( It is Like a spotting). My gyn told me that i won’t ovulate this month. I also noticed some blood clot. I will attach a pic to SEE what is It. I tried to call my gyn But she is in vacantion. Thank you sweeties XOXO
