Does anyone know what this means??

So yesterday I went to my drs office to take my 3 hr glucose test. I was looking at my ob notes this morning and saw under assessment and plans it said benign essential hypertension complicating pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium - not delivered. I tried googling it and couldn't get many answers. They didn't even say anything to me about this. Im trying not to freak out and they are closed today so I can't call them. What does this mean ?

Means they want to monitor your heart rate and be aware so that if labor causea too much syrain they can better be prepared. You might have slightly raised blood pressure. Its just a precaution. If they were super worried theyd tell you.

Hypertension could relate to blood pressure, so it could just be a note about that. How's it been through your pregnancy? 
If it was really serious, it would surely be within their due diligence to notify you. If they haven't called or asked you to come in, it's probably alright.
