Anyone else’s 9 month old do this?

So my little one has been a restless sleeper since 6 months and it’s been driving me absolutely insane. He wakes up about every hour during the night and cries. Usually I just have to put a pacifier in his mouth or hold him for a second and he’s back to sleep but it’s exhausting especially since I work full time. At first I thought it was teething so I gave him Motrin before bed a few times and I give him oatmeal before bed but neither has helped. Does anyone have any ideas? I don’t even put him in his crib anymore because it’s too much work getting up every hour 😩 HELP!
