What's happening?

I'm on birth control, about 2-3 weeks ago I had unprotected sex but he didn't ejaculate. Now I've been spotting and it's been happening for 2 days. But seance I've been on birthcontrol my period has been just as light, I'm just now finishing the blank pills but it started when I was on my last shugar pill. My period usually happens on the beginning of the second week of the hormonal pills. Idk what's going on. Please help me 🙏
