help idk wht to do

ik I had sex on my ovulation days I checked my discharge but I'm scared I might not be pregnant Bc I been trying for 3 months n now my bf doesn't wanna try until we move so there is no stress but idk why to do I never knew when I was pregnant with my first until I took a test two months later but I'm 19 now idk when its just my period or if I'm pregnant the signs just seem the same to me help please
