In need of opinions (possible TMI)

Hi I’m 20 years with an 18 month old, a few months ago I had an ectopic pregnancy and I ended up losing on of Fallopian tubes, since then I have had one normal period which was normal in every way, my next period after was due 3 days ago, my partner and I always use condoms since the pregnancy and we have both agreed it is way too soon for us to have another child, but I’m really worried I may be pregnant, do you know if my period may still be off after the operation to remove the foetus and the Fallopian tube ?
