Can you actually get pregnant with one tube ☹️

Just had laparoscopic surgery yesterday I only have one slightly functioning tube now I’ve been so depressed because of this my left tube is damaged and now I have to pray and depend on my right tube my heart hurts so bad I keep asking why me if you got pregnant with one tube please explain and let me know I want to feel a little better about this .. and how long after laparoscopic surgery if u had one done how long did it take for you to get pregnant?
