Stressed af!! Should I take another test??

I had sex for the first time on January 15. I was supposed to get my period on January 31. The couple days following I had a sore throats and everything bc it's cold af here in IL, but besides that. I had been throwing up three days in a row around the 31st. One was bile, that disgusting bitter stuff and the other two were mucus. My period is irregular, but I took pregnancy tests within a week from each other. One on Feb 1 and the second one a couple days after. Both were negative. I know that the first time having intercourse kinda throws the period off. Should I take another test or just stop stressing about it bc I'm most likely not pregnant??
