Is my weight goal okay? Goal: 120, then 110, and then MAYBE 100. Comments are appreciated!

Hi lovelies!

So, at this moment, I'm 18, 5'5", and weigh 123.4 pounds.

The most that I remember weighing was about 140 pounds in 7th grade. I was stuck around 135 for a few years,and but now I'm working on it as a freshman in college. I'm actually scared/worried that I'll gain it all back.

I used to only drink about 8 or so ounces a day, and not exercise except by walking around my middle school and home. Now, however, I drink about 32 ounces of water a day and aim for 64. I try to exercise as much as I can, but I keep forgetting and my knee injury (both knees, different times) have been acting up. That's no excuse, though, I just need to try harder and trust that it will work.

I would post some pictures, but I'm kind of self conscious and I don't have anywhere to do it in private.

So, do you think that I should keep trying to lose weight, and if so, how much?
