Help! Help! TMI

So I just had a baby recently and when ever i poop theres blood red blood comes out like I have a cut in my ass what can this be??.. It's not coming from the front cus I've wiped there there's no blood my bleeding has stopped for past 2 days.. it definetly coming from my butt and it's only when I pooped so no I don't have to wear a pad after it's just a ton comes out and it goes away till I have to poop again please help..I'll make a appointment but need ur input thanks.(has anyone experienced this..?) nooo I haven't had sex yet.
