Please help!

I’m about 6 weeks pregnant and started having a little bit of brown mucus spotting yesterday. It only happened when I wiped twice and was light then went away. Then today while I was at work I felt like I had to wipe. I went to the bathroom and found a small dark brown blood stain on my underwear and when I wiped it was light brown also. I’m paranoid and left work to come home and rest. Almost every time I wipe its brownish but not as dark as it was earlier today. I’ve had minor cramping on and off but very very minor. Has anyone ever experienced this? And did everything work out ok?
