Maternity pics alone?

This is my first, and most likely only pregnancy (we want to adopt), and im 37 weeks and still havent done maternity pictures. Ive been having a lot of body issues lately, it doesnt look like ive gained any weight but seeing the scale going up at the doctors plus the stretch marks has made me very upset, so i pretty much gave up on doing the pictures. Well now i think i want to do them again, as itll be my pregnancy.

My question is, how do i do them alone? We do not have money for a professional photographer, my husband is deployed, and i honestly have no friends thatd be willing to help. Are there apps or anything that could help me out? Any cute cheap dresses you girls know of? Anything would be helpful!
