Is there any hope?

I had a subchronic bleed, that happened 6 weeks ago. My doctor really didn't do much about it. Then it stopped, and I thought I was leaking amniotic fluid I went in again, my doctor ignored it, never tested it. On the 14th I had gone in for my 20 week gender ultrasound. They discovered the baby was alive, normally developed but I had no fluid. My doctor wanted to induce me that day, but I chose to see other options in edmonton. My baby is still alive, I can feel him moving around and I'm not soaking pads anymore. Is there a chance it could have healed? Is there still hope for my little peanut?
