Something torn?

so i had some rough (consensual) sex this weekend, like 2 or 3 times in 2 days, plus once again this morning. we didnt use any lube and it hurt a little when he put his penis in. it hurt when i went to the bathroom afterwards and when i wiped i had blood. should i call my gyno? or is this pretty normal? i have no idea what to do here

update: so now it’s gotten bad. i peed my oants at the store, it hurts when i pee. i made an appointment with my gynecologist
