Help!: pain when pulling out tampon
I got my period today, which was followed by bad cramps, which always arrive on the first day, and only first day, of my period.
I needed to use a super tampon while working today, but I just recently started feeling a lot of discomfort and pain when pulling it out, and I have never felt it before. It feels as if on the inside of my vagina, and hurts about a 7/10!
Any help or advice would be appreciated! Thank you
