Anemic
My mother has been extremely sick and she’s still trying to get into a primary care dr ASAP, she’s been to the hospital and her level of anemia is really bad, any suggestions on what to eat or juices to drink to make her iron shoot up? She’s been eating all she can to try to bring her iron level up but nothing seems to be working 😔 I heard lassens has a drink that helps but have no idea the name of it. TIA
