progesterone help

good morning. today is my 3rd day off progesterone to help stop my spotting/start a full period. i cant tell if my period started or not or if it is still the aftermath of the progesterone. i am cramping ALOT. i am flowing HEAVY to the point i camt sleep. i filled a heavy pad to the point it went down my legs this mornong. please tell me if this is my period or the aftermath. still lots of clots comming out. i want this to stop so i can get back to normal.
