First day with my cup

So I am a brand new cup user and so far its going pretty well! I have the aiwo cup unintentionally got size 2 but it fts pretty well. The valve is what attracted me to this cup so I won't ever have to remove it in public. Its nice that I can just squeeze the valve and empty it (still figuring out how to do that and keep my hands clean) my only trouble is removing it to clean it, I have a hard time reaching in far enough to break the seal, any tips?
