What do you do if the relationship is just comfortable?
There’s no spark. No excitement. I don’t worry about losing him because he’ll never leave. He’s a boring person but he’s a sweetheart. He’s inflexible but helpful. He will never change but he’ll never cheat either....
Idek what to do. He’s a good guy but he’s....safety defined. He isn’t a reach. I don’t have to do much.

After being with someone for a long time, it is really easy to just become comfortable. Partners have to work at keeping the excitement in a relationship. Try new things. Go to a new restaurant together. Go to an amusement park. Go to the zoo, museums, parks, another country, another state (if you're from the U.S) or a different territory (if you're from another country), etc. If he is not interested in trying to create excitement in y'alls relationship, you need to think about whether you are okay with a boring relationship or if you need to move on.
