Scared

Blood test results were positive on Friday on what I think was 4 weeks. Today marks 4 weeks + 3 and I started spotting this morning, most brown and dark red. Now tonight, it seems to have turned to bleeding like a period. I’m upset and scared. I’m supposed to have my first appointment on Thursday, but now I don’t know if I should try to go earlier. If I wanted to, I’m not sure where I would go. Any advice would be appreciated.
