Pregnancy sickness
So is it normal that when I found out February 6 I had no sickness. For the past 3 days I literally feel like I have a stomach bug and I literally have no appetite. I can’t even look at food without wanting to be sick. Do you think this is pregnancy sickness or actual stomach bug. I am 5w3d with twins. I literally wake up sick and go to bed sick 😞
